He becomes the titular last hope of the citizens of galaxy. MechanicsThe general gameplay mechanics in Serious Sam VR for PC are similar to ones in all main installments of the series. The title is a dynamic, first-person shooter focused mostly on fast action and brutal methods of enemy elimination. Similarly as in previous games, the title lacks cutscenes or scripted sequences known from many modern shooters like Call of Duty or Battlefield. When on the ship, the protagonist can select destinations and then he immediately enters the battlefield where he does what he can best. During missions ?Serious? Sam faces countless hordes of enemies among which there are both creatures from previous entries in the series and completely new ones. Additionally, each level of the game ends with a challenging boss fight. The game has large arsenal of deadly weapons thanks to which one can eliminate enemies in many brutal and spectacular ways. Sam also has armor which can be additionally upgraded and equipped with useful power-ups.
