The player assumes the role of one of such agents and is tasked with finding the legendary creatures known as Guardians. He must take them to the real world and use in fight against the Empire. MechanicsThe gameplay mechanics of Guardian Codex for AND and iOS are similar to ones used in other classic mobile Japanese RPGs. During the game the player is traveling through the world, speaking with other characters, completing quests, developing characters and fighting. The turn-based fighting system is very important in the game. Defeating the Guardians and making them join player?s party is vital part of the gameplay. There are many types of guardians in Guardian Codex and the gameplay is focused on collecting and developing them like in Pokemon series.
