Blowout is a worthy addition to any shoot'em-up fan's collection, it drops the player in at the deep end against swarms of alien nasties. All the staples of the side-scrolling platformer are present and correct, but the game is rendered entirely in 3D, which, coupled with the destructible environments and pyrotechnic effects, creates a truly action-packed experience. Features * Ten levels of intense side scrolling action * Blast through walls, ceilings and floors to uncover new routes, secrets and power-ups. * Choose from a variety of weapons; Shotgun, Flamethrower, Plasma Rifle, Machine Gun, Nail Gun and more * Customisable main character Increase weapon damage and enhance physical attributes
