UnitedGP is an extensive manager game in which we play the role of the head of the professional Formula 1 racing team. The title was developed by the German company Travian Games one of the leaders in the segment of browser games. The title was originally released on mobile devices with the iOS system. One year after the release of the game, however, a browser version has also appeared on the market, along with a cross-platform option. Mechanics After creating your team and going through a simple tutorial, we can start a long and tedious journey to the top. However, this task won't be easy, because the player has a lot of various responsibilities from managing the drivers, technical team and technology development, to establishing a detailed strategy for the next races. One of the key determinants of success in UnitedGP is to find the most talented drivers, negotiate contracts and take care of the continuous development of their racing skills. We also have to ensure the appropriate staff of the technical team as well as systematic research and development, thanks to which we will be able to improve our cars by installing new parts, improving their statistics (e.g. speed, acceleration, braking or handling). The creators have put at our disposal dozens of technologies that can influence almost every aspect of team management. They have been made available in the form of a tree, thanks to which each player will be able to focus on the most important research at the moment and choose one of the many possible development strategies. Before each of the races, we also have to establish a detailed strategy for our entire team and individual drivers. The decision should be based on observations taken from training sessions, thanks to which we can adjust the type of tires, the softness of the suspension and the angle of inclination of the front and rear wings to the conditions prevailing on the track. During the race itself, we can also influence the behavior of our drivers by giving them simple commands, the number of which increases as we progress in the game. Proper use of the options available in this way may prove to be the key to victory in the race. Technical aspects UnitedGP offers decent graphics and a clear interface, thanks to which efficient team management is carried out intuitively. The player-friendly construction of the career mode, in which we start having fun at the lowest level, encourages us to gradually climb up the tables and advance to higher leagues, where we have to compete with better players from all over the world.
