The party comes to the city of Phlan yet again, coming full circle since their journey started in Pool of Radiance. Since our last visit, when we had to defeat Tyranthraxus, the city has changed for the better. There are city towers in the place of ruins, the rebuilt slums are teeming with life again and ships safely dock under the watchful eye of the Sokal Tower. However, once the party arrives, it turns out that the matters are not that good and the help of brave adventurers is needed once again. The forces of evil are lurking in the dark, waiting for a suitable moment to strike the unsuspecting citizens.
