It was produced by the Cyberlore team, known primarily for creating a supplement to Warcraft II (Warcraft II: Beyond the Dark Portal), additions to the fourth MechWarrior (MechWarrior 4: Black Knight, Mech Paks, MechWarrior 4: Mercenaries) and a supplement to Heroes of Might and Magic II (Heroes of Might and Magic II: The Price of Loyalty).
